Brown Bear Car Wash

This review is not directed at the manager of this location or any of its employees. This is directed at the cooperate office and how they handle damage to vehicles that were caused by the car wash. After reporting this, I was told that BrownBear would not cover damages because my car is exactly 10yrs old. Yep, the blower tore off a chunk of paint which is on camera but per their policy, they won't cover it. I was also given the excuse that I had rock chips on the very top of my car that caused the fan to take a chunk of paint off my car. I've been a member for well over 6 years. I've had other damage done to other cars. I've also been warned by others of this exact thing happening. Lesson learned. Not only is this costly to get repainted, Brown Bear does not believe in apologizing and maybe just trying to make things right with the customer. This is why I canceled my membership, not because of their policy. So, this is my last resort, posting pictures to warn others that if your car is 10yrs plus old, they will not cover ANY damage that occurs from THEIR wash.

This Brown Bear is the flagship car wash in Western Washington. I want to recognize Madysen, Zoe, Jacob, John, Stephanie and Sophia for their excellent and caring service.

I love Brown Bear car washes! My son took me through one for the first time after I moved to Seattle. He made it a fun little jam session with tunes cranked up! This last wash was paid for with a coupon for a free wash from Walker's Renton Mazda where I'd had some work done (bonus!). Even with two lines of cars backed up seven deep each feeding into one line, the wait didn't seem long at all! The workers prepping the cars with extra services were fast and efficient in moving the line along. Next time your car needs a wash, pull up, sit back, crank the jams, and run it through a Brown Bear (the one with the new yellow bear logo)!

I was at this location a couple weeks ago and right when I was about to pull up to get gas I ran out in the parking lot by the vacuums. Rhonda, Brian and Jackie were so kind and helped me push my car to one of the pumps! They went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and I appreciate them so much! The whole staff is great at this location

Hey everyone, be careful with this car wash. This car wash has no insurance coverage. My car was in good condition, but their car wash damaged it from the back—the rear bumper was torn off. After the incident, they told me the manager wasn’t available and asked me to come back later. During that time, they deleted all the security footage except one video. They then altered the remaining footage to make it look like my car was already damaged before entering the car wash. Everyone who has a car wash membership should be aware: if an accident happens, don’t be fooled or sent home. Call the police immediately if they try to intimidate or mislead you, like they did to me. Check the videos right away, don’t accept tomorrow or 5 hours later.
